WARDS 1, 2, 3, 4, & 5--Sales Restrictions:
It shall be unlawful in Wards 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5 including those portions of incorporated municipalities located therein, for any person to sell porter, beer, ale, fruit juices and wine containing more than 3.2% alcohol by weight and not more than 6% alcohol by volume.

It shall be unlawful in Wards 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5 including those portions of incorporated municipalities located therein, for any person to sell alcoholic beverages containing more than 0.5% alcohol by volume but not more than 3.2% alcohol by weight.

Sale for Consumption on Premises:  It shall be unlawful in Wards 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5, including those portions of incorporated municipalities located therein, for any person to sell alcoholic beverages containing more than 6% alcohol by volume for consumption on the premises.

Package Sales:  It shall be unlawful in Wards 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5, including those portions of incorporated municipalities located therein, for any person to sell alcoholic beverages containing more than 6% alcohol by volume by package only and not for consumption on the premises.
