Hours of Operation of Retail Dealers:
It shall be unlawful for any retail dealer to sell or otherwise dispense of alcoholic beverages or to permit or admit any member of the public into an establishment where alcoholic beverages are the principal commodity sold, between the hours of 12:00 midnight and 7:00 o'clock a.m. on week days and between the hours of 12:00 midnight on Saturday until 7:00 o'clock a.m. the following Monday.

In an establishment where alcoholic beverages are the principal commodities sold or handled the alcoholic beverage permit holder shall remove all patrons and members of the public from the premises by 1:00 o'clock a.m. and the lights in the premises shall be extinguished and all doors to such premises will be locked. Further the lights will remain extinguished including outside lights until the premises opens for business, except the permit holder and his employees or agents may enter the closed premises for purposes of cleaning, taking stock or other work in the establishment.

It shall be unlawful for any person to purchase or solicit any other person to sell beverages of high or low alcoholic content at such times and places when and where such sales are prohibited.

District 1--Sales Regulations:
The sale of alcoholic beverages having an alcoholic content in excess of 3.2% by weight is prohibited in District 1 of the parish.

District 2—Sales Regulations:
The sale of alcoholic beverages having an alcoholic content in excess of 3.2% by weight is prohibited in District 2 of the parish.

District 3--Sales Regulations:
The sale of alcoholic beverages having an alcoholic content in excess of 3.2% by weight is prohibited in District 3 of the parish.

District 7--Sales Regulations:
The sale of alcoholic beverages having an alcoholic content in excess of 3.2% by weight is prohibited in District 7 of the parish.

District 8--Sales Regulations:
The sale of alcoholic beverages having an alcoholic content in excess of 3.2% by weight is prohibited in District 8 of the parish.

Location Regulations:
No permit shall be granted for any premises situated within 500 feet or less distance of a building occupied exclusively as a church or synagogue, public library, public playground or school, except a school for business education conducted as a business college or school. Certain exceptions apply.
