No retail dealer, nor his servant, agent or employee, shall sell, offer to sell, dispense or give away beverages of either low or high alcoholic content within the limits of the Parish of LaSalle on any legal holiday, or between the hours of 12:00 p.m. on Saturday night and 6:00 a.m. on the following Monday morning or on week days between the hours of 12:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m. on the following morning. Legal holidays include: January 1, New Year's Day; Good Friday; November 1, All Saints Day; November 11, Veteran's Day; the fourth Thursday in November, Thanksgiving; December 25, Christmas Day; and all election days in LaSalle Parish, Louisiana.
Location Regulations:
No permit shall be granted for any premises outside of incorporated municipalities situated within 500 feet or less of any public playground or of a building used exclusively as a church or synagogue, public library or school. Certain exceptions apply to bona fide hotels, railway cars, and fraternal organizations.

No retail dealer, nor his servant, agent or employee, shall sell, offer to sell, dispense or give away beverages of low or high alcoholic content within the municipal limits of the town on any legal holiday, or on any other day between the hours of 12:00 midnight and 6:00 a.m. on the following morning. Legal holidays are defined as follows: Good Friday, Fourth Thursday in November (Thanksgiving Day), December 25 (Christmas Day), all election days in LaSalle Parish.
