Hours of Operation - Sunday Sales - WARD 6 Sales Regulations - Location Regulations

Hours of Sales:
Class A Retailer Licensees: May not open before 6:00 a.m., Monday through Saturday, and shall close at 2:00 a.m. on each of those days. They shall remain closed from 2:00 a.m. Sunday, until 6:00 a.m. Monday.

Class B Retailer Licensees: May not open before 6:00 a.m. Monday through Saturday and shall close at 2:00 a.m. on each of those days. They shall remain closed from 2:00 a.m. Sunday until 12:00 noon Sunday at which time they shall be allowed to re-open and remain open until 10:00 p.m. Sunday.

WARD 6--Sales Regulations:
The sale of beverages containing alcohol of more than 0.5% by volume is prohibited in Ward 6.

Location Regulations:
No permit shall be granted for any premises outside of incorporated municipalities situated within 500 feet or less of any public playground or of a building used exclusively as a church or synagogue, public library, or school. Certain exceptions apply for bona fide hotels, railway cars and fraternal organizations.
