Closing Hours:
No person holding a retail dealer's permit and no servant, agent or employee of the permittee, shall sell or serve any beverage of low alcoholic content or of high alcoholic content or any malt liquor between the hours of 12:00 midnight and 6:00 a.m. and/or between the days of Saturday at 12:00 midnight and Monday at 6:00 a.m.

No person holding a permit for a bottle club shall remain open between the hours of 12:00 midnight and 6:00 a.m. and/or between the days of Saturday at 12:00 midnight and Monday at 6:00 a.m.

WARDS 5, 6, and 7--Sales Regulations:

It shall be unlawful for any person to sell any alcoholic beverages in Wards 5, 6 or 7 of the parish. Alcoholic beverages means any fluid or solid capable of being converted into fluid suitable for human consumption and containing more than 3.2% alcohol by volume, including malt, vinous, spirituous, alcoholic or intoxicating liquors, beer, porter, ale, stout, fruit juices, cider or wine.

Location Regulations:
No permit shall be granted for any premises situated within 500 feet or less distance of a building occupied exclusively as a church or synagogue, public library, public playground or school, except a school for business education conducted as a business college or school. Certain exceptions apply.

Views of the Premises:
No person holding a retail dealer's permit and no servant, agent, or employee of the permittee shall fail to keep the licensed premises well lighted and all outside windows and doors open to view from the sidewalk or outside.
